The picture below is a Transmission Cart that is used by Eaton Corporation. It holds the transmission case and allows the case to rotate 360 Deg for assembly. The carts also have an on board power supply that allows the carts to be charged, and run through the entire assembly process before they need recharging.
This picture is of the line press and assembly cart used by Eaton Corporation. This press inserts bearing races into the transmission case.
This NMMTPA tractor is a 4 engine mod tractor. It weighs 5lbs. 15 oz. It pulls consistantly between 600 to 700 lbs.
The pictures below are of paint gun cleaners that are made for WS Supply Company in Woodbine, Iowa. They hook up to air and allow you to easily clean up a gun after painting. The tank capacity is 5 Gallons.
The picture below is a air press test machine. It is used by Eaton Corporation. This machine presses 4 bearing races at once. It also does an air check based upon equations that were setup using a plc. This machine was built back in 1997 and is still used on a daily basis.
The picture below is of our wire brush machine. We make a single arm and a dual arm machine. They are made to have adjustable pressure while running. The chuck also rotates to completely and automatically deburr and clean the part.
